Words that took a knife to me skin,

Cold, so cold, the rug couldn't warm me in,

Striking out if I crossed some invisible line,

And yet here I was, telling everybody that I was fine,

Was I less human because they looked up to you?

I was hurt, but I sighed, I just resigned.

A spider web, so intricate, so strong, To you it was fun, to me not so much,

Was I too vulnerable? Easy to play with?

No, you misread it, but now you'll never know,

'Cause once they hurt me, I never let it go,

Darkness would hug you, friend or foe.

The mistake you made, shall be radioactive forever,

Cause I made an effort, you just spat venom.

It was you who messed up, Not me who should bleed.
